Golf Triangular April 4

A very veteran Creighton team won easily over Plainview and Osmond in a triangular on Friday, April 4th. Creighton was led by medalist Clay Wintz who shot 39. Josh Kounovsky led Plainview with 41. Creighton had a team score of 160 while Plainview had 182 and Osmond had 220.
Plainview(182): Josh Kounovsky-41, Brett Korth-46, Nic Miller-47, Nate Wragge-48, and Josh Scranton-49.
The reserves were beaten 177-205. Dustin Christiansen led the reserves with 47 with Jacob Proskovec right behind with 48. Taylor Christiansen-51, and Zac Masat-59 completed the scoring for the reserves.
A third team led by Jared Forbes and Britton Hamm each with 55, Trenton Sinkler-59, and Bret Springer-60 had a team score of 229.
Coach Knaak commented, " I felt that the score should have been closer but two golfers took a 6 on hole #2 and a 9 on hole # 6. These are mental mistakes that will be corrected in order for the team to score better."
